If you can't take a call, let Voicemail handle it. The Voicemail feature will automatically save your messages to your voicemail inbox whenever you're unable to answer your calls. Here's how you can retrieve your voicemail:

 
 

Use the following keys while listening to your messages or after:

 
 

Change the language settings in your Voicemail to your preferred language. Here's how:

 
Press 2 to access settings
Press 2 for personal option menu
Press 2 to set the language
Choose your language and press its corresponding number
 
For Bahasa Malaysia, press 1
For English, press 2
For Mandarin, press 3
For Cantonese, press 4
For Tamil, press 5
Press to accept
 

Even if you can't answer your call, you can still leave a personal greeting for your callers. Here's how:

 
Press 2 to access settings
Press 1 for greeting option menu
Press 1 to record personal greeting
Record your personal greeting and press
Press to save
Press to activate
 

You can also set a password to your voicemail by following these steps:

 
Press 2 to access settings
Press 2 for personal option menu
Press 1 to set password
Enter your new PIN and press
Press to accept
